Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions & Answers

Q: How will I receive my digital product after purchase?

A: You will receive an instant download link once payment is made, and a separate email will also be sent to you with a link. Click on the download link to download your purchase.

Q: What file format will my product be in?

A: The download will be in PDF format, but may also include PNG, JPG, or a Canva link. Please refer to each description for exact details.

Q: Do I need special software to use these products?

A: Most products only require a PDF reader or a basic image viewer. If the product includes Canva templates, you can use them with a free Canva account- no subscription needed.

Q: Can I print the eBook or digital product?

A: Definitely! Our products are designed for digital use and high-quality printing. For best results, use a good printer and paper.

Q: Can you tell me about the copyright for these downloads?

A: Downloads are for personal use only. Not for commercial purposes. You may use the digital paper pages for personal use and handmade projects. You may not reproduce, scan, copy or distribute these pages digitally or separately. You may not use the images for digital downloads, print-on-demand products or commercial printing.

Q: Can I sell physical journals or artwork made from these digital downloads?

A: Yes, you can use the images and papers to create and sell physical artwork only. This includes items such as handmade journals, scrapbooks, greeting cards, collage art, or mixed media pieces that you physically print and sell.

However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files or use them to create digital products for resale (such as printables, templates, or clip art).

Our products may not be printed and resold as part of collage sheets, craft kits, or ephemera bundles, whether physical or digital.

Q: Why do my printed pages look different from the digital previews?

A: Variations in printer settings, ink quality, and paper type can affect print outcomes. For instance, colours may appear muted if printed on standard paper instead of high-quality or specialty paper. Ensuring your printer settings match the paper type and using recommended materials can help achieve better results.

Q: Do your printables come in A4 or US Letter size?

A: We've got you covered! Most of our products are available in both US letter size (8.5" x 11") and A4 size (210mm x 297mm). This means that, regardless of your location, you will receive a version that prints perfectly on your standard paper size. Please check the product description to ensure you select the correct size when ordering.

Q: How can I ensure the printed pages are the correct size?

A: To maintain the intended dimensions, set your printer to print at 100% scale or "actual size." Avoid settings like "fit to page," which can alter the size and layout of the designs.

Q: Do I need a special printer?

A: Nope! A standard inkjet printer works great for most printable designs. For sharper lines and higher detail (especially for black-and-white elements), a laser printer is also a good choice.

Q: Are there recommendations for paper types to use with printable downloads?

A: Using high-quality paper enhances the appearance and durability of your printed pages. Options include plain paper, matte photo paper for vibrant colours or cardstock. For background pages, use standard copy paper or light presentation paper so they fold easily. For elements like tags, pockets, and cut-outs, use 160–200 gsm cardstock for more durability. Experimenting with different paper types can yield varying aesthetic results.

Q: What if my printer doesn't support borderless printing?

A: If your printer can't print to the edge of the paper, you might notice unwanted white borders. To address this, you can trim the edges after printing or adjust the design layout to accommodate the printer's limitations. Check your printer settings, if you have the option set to on for borderless printing.
